We get back to you within one business day
We reply to every call and message within one business day and set a time for me to come see the floor. The estimate is free, done in person, and there's no pressure and no obligation.
I look at the slab and write it up
I come out myself, check the slab for moisture and old coatings, and ask how you use the room so we pick a floor that fits it, then you get a written estimate. When you're ready, our own installers prep the concrete first with me on the job, put the system down, and I walk the finished floor with you.
